Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi unveiled the statue of the former president Dr. Abdul Kalam in New Delhi on the occasion of Dr. Kalam’s 84th birthday.
The 84th birth anniversary of Dr. Abdul Kalam is being celebrated in a grand manner all over the country. As a part of the celebrations, PM Mr. Narendra Modi unveiled Dr. Kalam’s statue in New Delhi.
India’s most popular sand sculptor, Odiasa’s Mr. Sudarshan Patnaik, has made a 5’ statue of Dr, Abdul Kalam in the sea-shores of Puri in the state of Odisa. Thousands of public had a view of this sand sculpture and were delighted.
Dr. Kalam’s birthday is celebrated all over te country. School & College students are to receive prizes (in various competitions) as a remembrance.
