TNPSC Group-2 Examinations Postponed to 24th January

TNPSC (Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission) has announced that Group-2 written examinations are postponed to 24^th January, 2016.

TNPSC had announced that the written test for Group-2 (consolidated subordinate posts) to fill up the vacancies for the posts of 1863 assistants in various government departments including priting, stationery, surveying, forestry, etc is scheduled on 27^th December, 2015.

However, NET (National Eligibility Test), conducted by CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) to qualify for selection to the posts of Assistant Possessor is also scheduled on the same date – 27^th December.

The announcement regarding Group-2 examination was released by TNPSC on 12th October. However, 84 additional posts have now been included in this selection process.

Hence, the dates for the Group-2 examinations are being changed – it will no be conducted on 24th January, 2016.
