District collectors of Chennai, Thiruvallur, and Kanchipuram have declared holiday for tomorrow (2nd December) for all schools and colleges.
Due to the incessant heavy rains for the last few weeks, most areas in the districts of Chennai, Kanchipuram, and Thiruvallur have been inundated with flood rain-water. Because of this, the district collectors have announced holidy for tomorrow for all schools and colleges.
All schools and colleges were closed today (1st December) due to heavy rains. With rains showing no signs of abatement, holiday has been declared for tomorrow as well!
