The dairy products manufacture ‘Hudson’, which sells its ‘Arokya’ range of prodcuts, has increased the price of milk by Rs. 2/- per liter with effect from 10th February.
Hudson has made this Rs. 2/- increase in all the 3 kinds of milk they sell.
Full Cream Milk price is up from Rs. 48/- to Rs. 50/- per liter.

With this decision by the leading Diary Company Hudson to increase the prices, it is expected that other dairy companies will also follow suit to increase their rates. However, despite this change announced by Hudson, there is no price change in Aavin milk. It is worth noting here that Aavin prices are already less by Rs. 2/- per liter.
For the card holders, blue color 1-liter milk packet is sold at Rs. 34/-. If compared, the Aavin price is lesser by Rs. 8/-. Aavin Milk cards are begin distributed freely everywhere.
An Aavin official informed if the application for card is given with proof of residence, cards will be processed and given immediately.
