Felicitation function for the recent National Games Winners in the district!

11^th Student, Mr. Karthi, who won the silver medal (2^nd place) in the boxing competition in the recent National Games and the Gold Medal (1^stPlace) as State 1^st in the competition at Salem, and silver medal (2^ndplace) at the regional competition in Tuticorin when 15 regions participated, was felicitated in a recent function.

 12^th Standard student, Mr. Gokulakrishnan who won the gold medal in the competition between 5 sates conducted by Tamil Nadu Bosing Association, was also felicitated.

The felicitation was conducted at the Katpadi government High School.\

 Vellore district Chief Education Officer, Mr. Kumar, was the Chief Guest.

Headmistress, Ms. Selvarani presided.

All other senior officials of the school participated.

10^th Standard students of Katpadi Government High School, Thyagarajan, Jercin, Sivaprakash, and David went on a cycling expedition on 1^st May from Kanyakumari to Kashmmir. They were felicitated and wished for entering Guinness records book. They were promised all necessary help.
