Today, the mankind is being subjected to several new mysterious diseases. This is because of our failure to properly protect our environment.
There are around 10 Crores of bio-diversity living organisms. Humans, animals, plants, bactria, virus, and germs are included in this.
Since our country has diverse climates in different parts, there is a vast bio-diversity in India.
Living creatures depend on each other to survive. Questioning why to protect bio-diversity and what is the benefit is pur ignorance.
Any activity that leads to removal of certain kinds of living organism is the seed, in fact, for the destruction of mankind.
For example, some remedial medicines can be made from several aquatic creatures to cure humans of deadly diseases. So, Thiruvalluvar University can take up the research on aquatic creatures and their protection.
