Applications are invited from ITI certificate holders interested to join as professional practitioner (apprentice) training.
A press note from the office of the Vellore District Collector:
There are several vacancies for industrial apprentices in many public & private companies in Vellore district.
A special camp for selection as apprentices in the se companies to fill up the vacancies is being organised on 24 th March at the Vellore Abdullapuram Government ITI Complex.
Training will be given on the trades of fitter, electrician, MMV wireman, welder, turner, machinist, carpenter, and sheet-metal worker.
The training will facilitate the operation of the latest equipment and tools and qualify as a skilled workman.
A monthly stipend of Rs. 6500/- to Rs. Rs. 8700/- will be given during the training.
Job opportunities will be available on priority basis in state & central government companies only after the successful completion of training and obtaining NAC Certificate.
Interested candidates can jjoin the camp after presenting the original ITI certificates.
