Padiyarajan has decided to direct the remake of this movie.
‘Aan Pavam’, directed by Pandiyarajan, was released in 1985 and was a huge success. Pandiyan, Revathi, Seetha, V K Ramaswamy, Janakaraj, and Kollangudi Karuppayi had acted. This was actor Seetha’s 1st Tamil movie.
The story has a village background and had a good mix of comedy and action.
Now, Pandiyarajan has planned to remake the movie with the title, Aan Pavam 99%’.
Pandiyarajan’s son, Prithvirajan, will act in the role done by Pandiyarajan in the original. Actors for other roles are being selected
R. Sankar,is the producer of the film being made by ‘Sri Sairam Film Factory’, which produced the recently released Tamil movie, ‘Vajram’.
