Red rice – a half cup,
All Dals each – a quarter cup,
Pepper, Cumin, Anise – 1/4th of the teaspoon
Chopped coconut pieces – little,
Dry chilli – 10,
Onion – one,
Ginger – a small piece,
Oil, salt – as required.
Method:
• Leave to soak for 4 hours to separate the rice and pulses. Then add them with pepper, cumin, anise, leather slew ginger, dried chilli, add salt and grind it slowly, it should not going to grind well.
• Flour with chopped onion, add the pieces of coconut.
• Heat the pan, poured the dough with oil and cook it upto it gets ready. Serve with coconut chutney.
