Moong Dal Uthappam!

dosa1Ingredients:

For Flour

Brown rice – 2 cups

Black Gram – 3/4 cup

Flakes – 1/2 cup

Bengal Gram – 1 tsp

Fenugreek – 1 tsp

For Garnishing the Uthappam

Of sprouted Moong Dal – half cup

Onion – 1

Tomato – 1

Chili powder, cumin powder – 1 tsp

Salt – to taste

Method:

• Brown rice, Black gram, Flakes, Bengal gram, Fenugreek, soak these items for 8 hours and grind everything and keep it for 8 hours soaked naic Place fermented.

• Tomato and onion have to cut longitudinally.

• Heat the oven, pour the flour and over it, a little bit of it stemming greengram, onion, tomato, chilly, cumin powder, sprinkle and cover with plate..

• Dosa gets ready when the bottom turns brown.

• Serve with mint chutney.
