Vegetable Dosa Toast!

toast1Ingredients:

Dosa flour – 1 1/2 cups

Bread slices – 3 pieces

Vegetables – 1/4 cup (beans, carrot, onions, tomatoes, green chillies finely chopped)

Idli powder – 2 spoon

Black Gram – 1 tsp

Mustard – 1/2 tsp

Coriander leaves – 1 teaspoon (finely chopped)

Salt, oil – as required

Method:

• 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and black gram with onions, tomatoes, beans, carrots, green chillies, after it cooks and poured into the flour, stirring to mix well. Make sure that vegetables should not boil well.

• Heat the oven then pour the bread slice into rice flour and put it in the pan, sprinkle the oil. It cooks well after it turns to golden brown color.

• For garnishing the dosa, use chilli powder(idli powder) and coriander leaves.

• The best side dish for this dosa is chutney or sauce.
