Basmathi rice – a cup
Mushrooms – 1 cup
Green peas – 1 cup
Small onion – 50 gram
Ginger – a small piece
Garlic – 2 Piece
Chilly Powder – a teaspoon
Lemon juice – a teaspoon
Salt – as required
For Seasoning,
Oil – one teaspoon
Cinnamon – a piece
Cloves – 2
Cardamom – 1
Cumin seeds – 1/4 teaspoon
Cashew – 5
Method:
• Rice soaked in water for 10 minutes and drain the water. Lightly grease a pan with ghee, then put in the oven to cook the rice. When changing the color of the rice, the flame should be stopped.
• Green peas soaked at before night itself and drain the water.
• Chop the mushroom as whatever the shape you like. Finely Chop the onion and make the paste of ginger and garlic.
• Take the heavy pan, put the oil then start seasoning one after the other.
• First, add onions and fry it well then add ginger, garlic paste. Then add Mushrooms, Peas and cook. Add chilli powder and salt as required. If everything is fine, close it with cork.
