Refreshing Mint – Ginger – Lemon juice!

Mint – 1 cup,

Ginger – a small piece,

Lemon – 1,

Honey – as required.

Method:

• Wash the mint leaves well.

• Remove the skin from ginger and chop it well.

• In a mixer, grind the ginger and mint and filter it.

• In a cup, take filtered mint juice and mix with lime, pour the required amount of water, add the required amount of honey to drink.

Note: Mint juice refreshing your mouth. It will help for digestion.
