Drumstick pickle!

pickle1Ingredients :

Drumstick – 5

Sesame oil – 25 ml

Dry Chilly – 2

Lemon – half

Turmeric powder – pinch

Asafoetida, mustard, curry leaves, salt, masala powder- as required.

Method:

• Squeeze lemon juice from the fruit and place it alone.

• Drumstick has to cut into large pieces, then cook it in the water. After it cooked well remove the skin and take the flesh by spoon.

• A pinch of turmeric to it, masala powder, required amount of salt to be added.

• In a skillet, add excess amount of sesame oil, mustard, curry leaves and asafoetida. Add the paste that contains turmeric powder, masala powder and salt.

• Cook well that is the oil has to come.

• Add lime juice..

• Now delicious drumstick pickle ready!
