Unripe green mango – 6
Asafoetida powder – a pinch (optionally)
Water – 2 cups
Honey – as required
Mint leaves – 6-7
Green chillies – 2
Cardamom – 1
Roasted cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Black Salt – 1 tsp
Salt water – as required
Mint, ice slices – to garnish
Method:
• Remove skin and seed from mango, pour 2 cups water in the cooker, put the whistle, after 2 whistle comes and mash it well.
• Finely chop mint leaves and coriander leaves.
• Make cardamom as powder.
• In a mixer, add mango paste, chopped mint leaves, green chillies and grind well. After that honey, cinnamon, powdered roasted cumin seeds, asafoetida powder, black salt, normal salt to be added and mix well. Pour it in bowl and add the required amount of water. For garnish add ice cubes and mint leaves.
• Delicious Green Mango drink ready.
