Apple – Pepper Soup!

soup1Ingredients:

Apple – 1,

Lentil – 100 g,

Onion – 1,

Green Chilli – 2,

Peppers – 1 teaspoon,

Cumin, Coriander powder – each 1 teaspoon,

Turmeric – pinch,

Curry leaves – little,

Coriander leaves- as required,

Salt – as required,

Butter – 1 teaspoon.

Method:

  • Finely chop coriander leaves, apple, onion.

  • Chop green chillies longitudinally.

  • Boil the dal.

  • In a skillet, add butter, chopped onion, green chillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves, turmeric, pepper, cumin seeds and fry well.

  • 4 glass of water to be added to boiled water and add salt.

  • When boiling, add the chopped apple pieces along with it. When mashed well, coriander leaves to be added.

  • If desired, add cream.
