Boiled gram – 1 cup
Boiled rice – 2 cups (to spare)
Oil – 1 tbsp
Pepper – 1 tbsp
Curry leaves – as required
Dry Ginger powder – 1 teaspoon
Mustard powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt – Required amount
Small onion – 1 cup
Coriander leaves – as required
Method:
- Finely chop onion and coriander leaves.
- In a skillet, Pour the oil, as well as pepper, curry leaves and saute well and add chopped onions, then add gram, dry ginger powder.
- Then add the boiled rice, stirring to close a minute.
- Add coriander leaves for garnishing.
