Ragi flour – 1 cup
Semolina – 1 cup
Yogurt – half cup
Baking soda – half spoon
Oil – 2 spoon
Curry leaves – finely chopped 1 tablespoon
Mustard – 1 spoon
White sesame – 1 spoon
Salt – to taste
Coriander leaves – little (very finely chopped)
Asafoetida – as required
Green Chilly – 2 – finely chopped
Method:
- In a wide bowl of semolina, ragi flour, salt, baking soda, asafoetida have to mix well. Then add yogurt, water and mix well.
- Pour water into the idli basin and place it with stove.
- Pour the oil in a circular plate and pour the mixture then boil it for 10 minutes.
- Steamed dhokla has to cut into pieces.
- In a pan, pour oil and mustard, sesame, curry leaves, green chilly and put into the tokla and mix well.
