Sugarcane Juice Kir!

kir1Ingredients:

Sugarcane Juice – 5 cups,

Basmati Rice – 1 cup

Method:

  • Wash the rice and soak for 15 minutes.
  • In cooker, add juice and rice and cook well. It should be mashed.
  • Juice kir, cool slightly, keep it in fridge and serve.
