Rice – one and half cups,
Cauliflower – 1,
Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon,
Cloves – 2,
Green Chilly – 2,
Tomato Ketchup – 2 tbsp,
Coriander leaves – as required,
Oil, salt – as required.
Method:
- Soak cauliflower in salt water.
- Cook rice as spare.
- In a skillet, add oil, cumin seeds, cloves, chillies and fry it. Cauliflower sheds has to be added and cook until golden color appears.
- Next, salt, tomato ketchup, coriander leaves, rice to be added and mix well.
