Ragi flour – 1 cup

Wheat flour – 1 cup

Semolina – 1 teaspoon

Salt – as required

Oil – for fry

Method

* Put all the ingredients except the oil in bowl and mix well.

* Puri flour and knead the dough and sprinkle with a little amount of water.

* The length of the dough has to be roll it, cut it into tiny pieces and roll into balls to take it.

* Please each dumpling boom raised.

* In a skillet, add oil and make ready for Puri.

* Now the delicious Ragi Puri ready.
