Wheat Semolina Idli optimized for Diabetics!

Wheat Rava IdliIngredients:

Wheat semolina – a cup,

Urad dal – a quarter cup,

Salt – as required.

Method:

* Separately soak urad dal and semolina.

* Well grind urad dal along with wheat semolina to be added and grind for 2 minutes.

* Salt has to be dissolved, after fermented pour the flour as idli in idli cooker.

*  These idli suitable for diabetics.
