Ragi, Urad dal Dosa!

dosa1Ingredients:

Ragi flour -200 g

Urad dal – 50 g

Salt – as required

Method:

* Soak urad dal with water for two hours.

* Take off the soaked dal and grind in the mixer.

* Place the ragi dough mixed with salt.

* Keep the dough for 5 hours. Flour has been surging.

* Rub thin dosa in pan and pour the oil.

* Cook on both sides. Best side dishes are coconut chutney and chilli chutney.

* All adults and children will be eating the most delicious food.
