Full Amla – 10
Churned yogurt – 4 tbsp
Salt – as required
Seasoning:
Oil – 1 tbsp
Mustard – half a teaspoon
Dry chilly – 2
Green chilly – 1
Method:
- Churn the yogurt well.
- Finely chop green chillies. Boil amla and remove seeds then chop.
- In a skillet, pour the oil and add the items whatever given for seasoning, boiled gooseberry, salt and fry lightly then heal.
- Then serve with the yogurt.
- If you keep it in fridge, 2 to 3 days can be used.
- Yogurt Gooseberry gives cooling to the body.
