Yogurt Gooseberry!

amlaIngredients:

Full Amla – 10

Churned yogurt – 4 tbsp

Salt – as required

Seasoning:

Oil – 1 tbsp

Mustard – half a teaspoon

Dry chilly – 2

Green chilly – 1

Method:

  • Churn the yogurt well.

  • Finely chop green chillies. Boil amla and remove seeds then chop.

  • In a skillet, pour the oil and add the items whatever given for seasoning, boiled gooseberry, salt and fry lightly then heal.

  • Then serve with the yogurt.

  • If you keep it in fridge, 2 to 3 days can be used.

  • Yogurt Gooseberry gives cooling to the body.
