Apple – 1,
Lentil – 100 g,
Onion – 1,
Green Chilli – 2,
Peppers – 1 teaspoon,
Cumin, Coriander powder – each 1 teaspoon,
Turmeric – pinch,
Curry leaves – little,
Coriander leaves- as required,
Salt – as required,
Butter – 1 teaspoon.
Method:
- Finely chop coriander leaves, apple, onion.
- Chop green chillies longitudinally.
- Boil the dal.
- In a skillet, add butter, chopped onion, green chillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves, turmeric, pepper, cumin seeds and fry well.
- 4 glass of water to be added to boiled water and add salt.
- When boiling, add the chopped apple pieces along with it. When mashed well, coriander leaves to be added.
- If desired, add cream.
