Bitter Gourd Chambal!

gourd1Ingredients:

Bitter Gourd – 1

Onion – 1

Tomato – 1

Chilly – 1

Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon

Pepper powder – as required

Salt – to taste

Method:

• Wash the bitter gourd well and drain water. Cut it whatever the shape you like but it should be thin.

• Finely chop onion, tomato, green chillies.

• Heat oil in the pan to make bitter gourd deep fry.

• In a plate or cup add fried bitter gourd, onion, tomato, chili, lime juice, salt, pepper powder and mix well.

• Delicious Bitter Gourd Chambal ready.

Reference:

* Yoghurt can be used instead of lemon juice.

* Small finely chopped curry leaves to be added.
