Grain flour – 1 cup
Jaggery – half cup
Coconut – half
Ghee – 1 Teaspoon
Cardamom – as required
Method:
• wheat, gram, green gram, black gram, bajra, ragi, maize,red rice have to take an equal amount of crops. Wash them, after it dries make fry. Add cardamom and grind them along with crops.
• Take 1 cup of the flour, along with powdered jaggery, mix it with water.
• Grated coconut has to fry with ghee.
• Mix it with dough and cook it idli cooker.
• Now the nutrient rich pudding has ready.
