Chin Soup for reducing body weight!

Onion – 1

Tomato – 1

Turmeric – a pinch

Salt – as required

Coriander leaves – as required

Method:

• Finely chop onion and tomato.

• Chin, pepper have to mash well.

• Finely chop onion, coriander leaves, tomatoes, pumpkin.

• In a cup, add onions, tomatoes, pumpkin, chin and pepper and add some water, turmeric, salt and cook.

• If water dries well, add 2 glasses of water to boil and coriander leaves.
