Citron Tarragon!

Citron – 4

Tamarind – Lime Size

Green chilly – 20

Ginger – 1 pinches (chopped)

Turmeric – 1/4 tsp

Asafoetida – 3 pinch

Sugar – 1 pinch

Salt – as required

Seasoning:

Oil – 3 tsp

Mustard seeds – 1 tsp

Roasted gram – 3 pinches

Curry leaves – 1 bunch

Asafoetida – 1 pinch

Method:

• Finely chop citron and remove seeds.

• Soak the tamarind in water for half an hour in water to dissolve.

• In a bowl, chopped citron, salt, tamarind and water, boil these with low flame.

• Heat oil in a pan and put in the oven and pour the items for seasoning and mix it with tarragon.

• If it turns to half of its size, add sugar and mix well.

• Then turn off the stove and put it to heal

• Now Citron Tarragon ready.

• Good medicine for stomach problems.
