Coordinated banking services commenced st Katpadi Post Office Branch

The inauguration of the coordinated banking service in the Katpadi Post Office branch was organised yesterday, Monday, 7^thSeptember.

Vellore Postal division senior Supervisor Mr. Natarajan was the Special Guest and lit the lamps.  He cut the ribbon and opened the Post office and entered the first savings account in the computer.

This branch is the 46^th Post Office to have coordinated banking services. ‘Ponmagal special Savings scheme’ was also started.

Officials informed that Vellore district will shortly have 100 % coordinated banking services in Postal Services.

All senior officials in the Postal department participated.
