Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Ms. J. Jayalalitha announced on Saturday that there will be 15 low-cost food outlets inaugurated in 15 constituencies in Chennai.The outlets which will be run by women are set to open on February 24th, Ms. Jayalalitha’s 65th birthday. They will be open from 7.00am to 10.00am and will serve a plate of idlis at Re. 1 and sambar rice and curd rice at Rs.5 each.
