A meeting was conducted to analyse the security arrangements made for the recent Sunday Karthigai Deepam festival at the Virinjipuram Margabandheeswarar temple.
The festival will be celebrated on 13th December midnight with the opening of Simmankulam and then ‘Theerthavari’ in Brahmakulam. Lots of devotees are expected to arrive not only from the district and other ddistricts but also from cities like Chennai & Bengaluru.
The meeting conducted in the temple complex discussed on the faculties and security arrangements for the devotees.
Senior officials from the city and the temple administration participated in the meeting.
