On the occasion of Dr. Ambedkar’s birthday yesterday (Tuesday, 14thApril) Vellore District Collector, Mr. R. Nandhagopal, garlanded the statue of Dr. Ambedkar in the Vellore Collector’s Office.
Then, he offered garlands to the portrait of Dr. Ambedkar, kept in the 5thfloor of the building.
All local senior officials participated.
