Ginger Rice!

ginger1Ingredients:

Rice – 1 cup

Onion – one

Tomato – one

Brinji Leaf – One

Cinnamon – a small piece

Clove – 4

Cardamom – 2

Coriander leaves

Mint

Curry leaves

Salt – as required

Oil – 2 tbsp

To Grind:

Ginger – a small piece

Dry Chillies – 3

Garlic – 5 Pieces

Fennel – 1/4 teaspoon

Cashew – 5

Method:

• Finely chop onion.

• Grind the things which is in above with water.

• Grind the tomatoes alone.

• In cooker, pour the oil, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom to be added then coriander leaves, mint and curry leaves to be added and saute it well.

• Then add the chopped onion and grinded tomatoes to be added then saute well.

• As well as add ginger paste and saute until the raw smell disappears.

• Then add washed rice and the desired amount of salt and a twist take-off, and 2 cups of water to be added to cook rice then cook as usual.

• Now the tasty nutritious ginger rice ready.

• This rice to be eaten at cold, it will cure cough too.
