Green Gram – a cup,
Cumin – a teaspoon,
Garlic – 3 Dentists,
Peppers – half a teaspoon,
Ghee – a teaspoon,
Coriander leaves- little,
Salt – as required.
Method:
• Finely chop garlic.
• keep the cooker, add two cups water to green gram, leave upto three whistles and mash it well.
• Heat up the ghee in a pan, add Cumin seeds and mix the finely chopped garlic.
• Add cooked garlic to green gram… add pepper powder, salt and mix (mix up with water if necessary). after it cooks well and garnish with coriander leaves.
