Green Gram Vegetable Dosa!

Moong dal Rawa Dosa1Ingredients:

Green Gram – 2 cups,

Semolina – 1 cup,

Green chillies – 3,

Red chillies – 4,

Cumin seeds- 1 teaspoon,

Salt – as required

Vegetable required to:

Chopped carrots, beans, potatoes, green peas each – 1 cup,

Onion – 1

Green chillies – 3,

Salt – as required,

Grated cheese – as required,

Mustard, Cumin – for seasoning

Method:

  • Finely chop onion, vegetables, green chillies.

  • In a skillet add 2 tablespoon of oil, mustard, cumin seeds, green chillies for seasoning.

  • Add onion and saute. When onion cooks well, add every vegetables one by one and fry well Do not add water. After vegetables boiled, add salt and grated cheese.

Method for Dosa:

  • Green gram has to be soaked for 3 hours, along with cumin seeds, chilli, grind it for dosa.

  • Mix the semolina and keep it for half an hour.

  • In a pan, add oil and pour dosa flour, which has produced its top with vegetable mixture with small flame and serve with coconut chutney.
