Kuthiraivali Rice Briyani!

rice1Ingredients:

Kuthiraivali rice – 1 cup

Large onion – 2

Cauliflower (size) – 1

Green peas – half cup

Fatless yogurt – 2 tbsp

Cumin seeds – roasted and powdered – 1/2 teaspoon

Garam masala – 1 tsp

Coriander – as required

Green chillies – 4 pieces.

Method:

  • Finely chop the onions and cauliflower.

  • In a skillet, add oil, onion, green chillies, cauliflower, peas have to add and fry well.

  • Garam masala, salt, kuthiraivali rice have to be added.

  • Two glass of water, yogurt, coriander, powdered cumin seeds have to be added in the cooker until 3-4 whistle.

  • Before serving, use the coriander leaves for garnishing.

  • Best lunch for diabetic patients.
