On Saturday, Metrowater will hold open house meetings in its 15 area offices across the city. The meetings will be held between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Consumers can put forward their complaints on water supply and sewage removal and clarify doubts on water, sewerage tax and water charges at the meetings.
Superintending engineers will visit the area offices during the meetings. At the meeting held last month, 32 petitions were received on water supply and sewage disposal, of which 27 petitions have been rectified. Action is being taken on the remaining five petitions
