Mint with curd Gravy!

mint1Ingredients:

Mint – 1 Pack

Yogurt – 200 ml

Salt – as required

Chilli – 3

Roasted Cumin seeds and powder – 1 tbsp

Sugar – 1 tbsp

Small Onion – 100 g

Method:

• Cut the onions longitudinally.

• Grind well Green chillies with Mint leaves.

• Pour the yoghurt in a bowl with salt, sugar, roasted Cumin seeds and powder, add grinded mint and mix the onions well.

• This is suitable for pulao and mixed rice and are delicious to eat. It improves the digestive power.
