Mint tea!

tea1Ingredients:

Tea – 1 spoon

Jaggery – as required

Milk – as required

Mint Leaf – 15

Basil leaf – little

Ginger – a small piece

Pepper – 1/4 spoon

Method:

• Mint, Basil leaves, Ginger has to crush.

• In a bowl add 2 cups of water and put in the oven, after it boils, add mint, basil leaves, pepper, ginger and put jaggery, tea, milk, before drink filter it well.

• It would provide immediate relief to the common cold, cough. Tea – Our heart and lungs would be empowered as tonic. It gives energy to nerves and muscles. Tea drinking is good! Drinking with over heat can cause problem to stomach.
