A triple festival or ‘Mupperum Vizha’, combining the casions of Teachers’ Day, V O C Birth Anniversary, and Krishna Jayanthi, was conducted at the school complex organised by Mahalakshmi Nursing School and Matric School.
The head of the Lakshmi Ammal Education Endowment Board, Mr. Balaji Lokanathan inaugurated the occasion.
Secretary Ms. Santhi Balaji led the event.
Principal of Nursing College, Ms. Sivagami welcomed and addressed the gathering.
Vellore District Education officer Mr. Manoharan and District Assistant Educational Analyst Mr. Manivachagam were the special guests who participated and addressed the gathering. They distributed to awards to the teachers and commended their services.
