Central government has given the explanation that the notification to preserve all communication exchanges for 90 days was only a model or sample notification only and this does not reflect the views of the central government.
It has also informed that it withdraws this notification.Central Minister for Communications, Mr. Ravi Shankar Prasad, informed about this to the press reporters.
The minister informed that the central governments support the freedom of the social networking media on the internet and in fact, it was a matter of pride to note the various activities initiated by the central government in this regard.
A new code will be formed to facilitate all communication exchanges to be of use in various enquiries.
Public opinion would be sought in this regard and a new policy will be taken in 2 or 3 weeks by the central government.The existing stock limits for pulses & oils expire on30th September. The central cabinet has already approved the proposal to extend it by 1 more year.
