Wheat flour – half cup
Oats – 1/4 cup
Yogurt – half cup
Baking powder – half tsp
Onion – 3
Tomato – 2
Green chilly – 3
Curry leaves, Coriander leaves – as required
Oil, Salt – as required
Method:
• Oats – Just slightly roasted in the pan and put in a mixer to grind well.
• Finely chop onions, tomatoes, green chillies, curry leaves and coriander leaves.
• In a bowl, wheat flour with grinded oats, yogurt, baking powder and salt, mix flour with water for dosa and leave it for an hour.
• An hour later, the dough with sliced onion, tomato, green chilli, curry leaves, coriander leaves and mix then keep it for 10 minutes.
• Keep the pan on stove, add oil and pour the flour. Nutritious, tasty, wheat oats dosa ready. Best combination for chutney and sambar.
