Pepper Gravy for those who have the problem of ulcer!

pepper1Ingredients:

Tamarind – small piece

Coconut(grated) – 2 tbsp

Pepper – 1/4 teaspoon

Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp

Garlic – 8 Pieces

Small onion – 4

Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp

Taniya powder – 2 tbsp

Turmeric – 1 pinch

Salt – as required

Sesame oil – 3 tbsp

Mustard seeds, asafoetida – required amount for Seasoning

Method:

• In a skillet, add oil, pepper and cumin seeds, after it fries well onion, garlic and coconut to be added  until the aromatic heal well and later grind it with mixer.

• Take tamarind juice and mix with chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt to be added.

• In addition, along with pepper paste to dissolve.

• Pour oil in skillet dry mustard, asafetida, curry leaves for seasoning and add the paste dissolved mixer.

• Cooks it well until the oil comes.

• Now delicious pepper gravy is ready.
