ICC (international Cricket Council) has granted permission to conduct the T20 tournament organized jointly by Sachin Tendulkar & Shane Warne in USA.
26 players including Sachin, Warne, Dravid, Glenn McGrath, Jacques Kallis, Adam Gilchrist, Saurav Ganguly, Brian Lara, VVS Lakshman, and Wasim Akram (all cricketing legens with stupendous performances in their careers) will be participating in this tournament.
ICC has expressed its opinion that this tournament would help promote the popularity of the game of cricket in the United States of America.
Though ICC has permitted the tournament, it would not involve in the cost aspect elated to organizing the tournament.
