Ragi flour – a cup
Sago – 50 g
Onions – 2
Carat – 2
Green chilly – 5
Curry leaves- as required
Coriander leaves- as required
Salt – as required
Oil – 150 g
* Take all the ingredients ready.
* Ragi flour and knead the dough and sprinkle with the salt water to make it as small balls.
* Keep it in idli plate and cook for 5 minutes.
* Fry sago in oil.
* Finely chop onion, green chillies, in a skillet, add oil and fry chopped green chillies and onions.
*Then add boiled dumpling and fried sago and sprinkle grated carrot.
* Curry leaves, coriander leaves to garnish. Delicious Ragi chad ready.
