Rajma Soup!

Rajma – 1/4 cup,

Onions – 1,

Tomatoes – 1,

Garlic – 3 piece,

Brinji leaf – 1,

Butter – 1 teaspoon,

Fresh cream – 1 tablespoon (if necessary),

Salt – as required,

Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp.

Method:

• Finely chop onion, tomato, garlic.

• Soak the rajma in water for 12 hours. In the cooker, add butter, brinji leaf, and garlic and cook it well..

• Then finely chopped onion, tomatoes and cook. Then, soaked Rajma, add 2 cups of water and cook until 7 whistle. After it reduces heat please grind it.

• Add some water to the paste and add salt, pepper powder and boil it in medium flame, add the fresh cream and serve with heat.

• Instead of fresh cream add 2 tablespoons of milk to boil.

• Now the delicious, nutritious Rajma soup ready.
