As per the order issued by Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, Tamil Nadu Arasu Cable TV Company has been setting up E-service centres throughout the state.
Tamil Nadu Arasu Cable TV Company has set up 470 government E-service centres in various places throughout Tamil Nadu including Chief Secretariat, all Taluk Offices, Chennai Corporation Head Office, all regional offices of Chennai Corporation in the city, all corporation ward offices, and the passport offices at Chennai, Madurai, Trichy, and Coimbatore.
In the above E-service centres, the public can also pay the Water bill (issued by MWSSB – Madras Water Supply & sewerage Board electricity bills (issued by TNEB) – Tamil Nadu Electricity Board) at these counters by ppaying cash and get the receipt.
Property Tax, Profession Tax, and Company Tax can also be paid by cheque or DD (Dmeand Draft).
The service charges:
Service charge will depend on the bill amount. If it is between Rs.1/- to Rs. 1000/-, service charges are Rs. 10. If it is between Rs. 1001/- & Rs. 3000/-, service charges will be Rs. 20/-. If the amount is between Rs. 3001 & Rs. 5000/-, service charges are Rs.30/-. For amounts between 5001 & R%s. 10000/-, service charges are Rs. 50/-.
So, Chennai resident public are requested to avail this facility to pay all Corporation-related Taxes, TNEB bills, MWSSB bills, etc at the neares E-service centre mentioned above.
