Ingredients:
Nimble Sundakkai – 1 cup
Grated coconut – 2 tablespoons
Coriander leaves – as required
Tamarind – small amount
Oil – 2 tablespoons
Salt – as required
For saute and grind:
Dry chilly – 2
Asafoetida – a pinch
Urad dal – 2 tablespoons
Method:
- Finely chop coriander leaves.
- In a skillet, pour oil, add whatever given for grind, saute well and grind it.
- In the same skillet, add remaining oil and saute sundakkai.
- once saute sundakkai along with salt, tamarind, grated coconut to grind, add the powder already grinded and small amount of water and grind again.
- Suitable for idli, dosa and rice too.
