Tamil Nadu legislative assembly will begin on January 30, according to a notification issued by Governor K Rosaiah on Tuesday.“In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by clause (1) of Article 174 of the Constitution of India, I hereby summon the Tamil Nadu assembly to meet at 12 noon on Thursday in the Assembly chamber,” said Governor`s notification.
